This quilt started out as a class project in a Marilyn Doheny Bargello class at the quilt show in Houston. The class was making a star which is the center of the quilt. She had a cross quilt as a sample on the wall and I just knew that that was what I wanted to make. Two years later I took this completed quilt to Houston to show to Marilyn. This quilt has been used for many retreats.
